Jennifer Summerfeldt, MACP, CCC, CT, PATGC, is a clinician, educator, clinical mentor, author, and creator of the PeakMIND approach. With more than two decades of experience spanning maternal health, trauma-informed care, counselling, performance psychology, childbirth education, and professional training, her work explores the intersection of emotional health, attachment, nervous-system regulation, transformative experiences, psychedelic therapies and human development.
Her clinical work supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationships, maternal and perinatal mental health, birth-related experiences, and major life transitions.
